Both plates are brand new. Margaritaville is still sealed with some tears, dirt from being left in garage. Parrothead plate was still sealed but had a stain to backing paper, so I just removed it from shrink wrap to clean it up. Light scratches / discoloration to metal. Not sure the year of these but pretty sure they are at least somewhat vintage. Ships in a box.
